The LL Bean catalog was sitting on the railing behind Mellany. She grabbed it and decided to start looking at clothes...."That's my girl"!!!!!!! :)

Later that day, she decided to show off her gymnast skills!

Our halloween this year was pretty laid back. Mellany isn't quite ready for the whole trick-or-treating experience and since we don't have family here, we decided to dress her up (with my garage sale bargain of a costume!) and let her help pass out candy. (She was in bed around 8 anyway.) She did get some treats at the Just for Ladies (gym) daycare that morning which was super sweet, but that's about the extent of her trick-or-treating. :-)

She's on the move! This is one of only a few good video clips I've been able to get of Mellany walking/taking steps. Every time I would get the camera ready to go, she would be done...except for the past couple of days. She gets so excited and proud of herself!
