This little lady was so brave and did an amazing job during her first dental cleaning. I went first so she could watch (as we have done in previous visits and she even got to help the hygienist) and then we switched. She was pretty nervous at first just because she was unsure what it would feel like I think. After a while, I could tell her nerves settled down. When the cleaning was over the hygienist asked if it would be ok to do x-rays and Mellany responded "No, I'm all done." So, we will try that part next time. She got a really awesome goody bag filled with tons of stickers, a bracelet, chapstick, toothbrush, etc and even a special cake pop from mama for doing such a great job!
Thank goodness puppy was around for moral support.
The light was super bright for her, so the hygienist brought back these awesome sunglasses....that she even got to keep.
She wanted a picture of her and mama's sparkly teeth
Then she insisted on pictures of a few of her goodies. ha!
