School is out and we are living our best life right now! We have no set schedule, no set place to be and we are in HEAVEN! Each week is bringing something new and exciting and I love it so much!
Last day of school spending our book-it coupons on pizza at Pizza Hut! We were going to head for ice cream too but the tornado sirens were going off for a second time as we were leaving so we figured it might be best to head on home.
Another fire pit night at the neighbors over Memorial Day weekend...hot dogs, watermelon and s'mores. It was the best time!
Mellany decided to try out for one of the dance teams at her studio this year and made it!! She practiced her choreography over memorial day weekend (we even went to my gym to practice) for her auditions on Tuesday and Wednesday; then found out she made the team on Friday. I've never been on the other side of tryouts (as a mom) and let me tell you it was awful. I thought I was going to vomit I was so nervous! But John and I are both so proud of her!!
Practicing with other girls at my gym who had the same idea.......and then studying the choreography of the dances on the way to auditions.
VBS Prep!! We've definitely hit a sweet spot with the kids' ages....they can basically manage themselves while us moms get some work done.
Graduation party for our Kenzie! We are sure going to miss her when she heads off to Florida...
