It's my favorite series of posts....our Summer Bucket List!!! I decided less is more this year and can't wait for all our adventures this summer!
Strawberry Picking
Definitely an annual favorite that "gives" all year long! Mellany helped make jam this year but the boys weren't super interested.
Baseball Camp
Charlie (in the gray) got to go to camp this year as an incoming kindergartener and was BEYOND excited! He loved every minute! Johnny loved it just as much as last year and is even wanting to play baseball in the fall!
Aviators Game
One of John's coworkers had his retirement party in a suite at an Aviators game so it was a total win-win for us! The kids sat in these seats all night and watched the game while the adults probably couldn't tell you one thing that happened in the game. This may be an activity we repeat this summer; it was a lot of fun!
Baskeball Camp
Johnny really wanted to do basketball camp this year with his buddies and I'm so glad that we let him because he really learned a lot and had a great time.
Swimming
Our friend/neighbor put in an in-ground pool and we have had so much fun in it already this summer! We are beyond thankful and appreciative that she allows us to come play!
VBS
Our 7th year attending VBS @ Calvary and it's still just as much fun as the first year!
Movies
We did see the new Top Gun movie in Wisconsin and then again when Gammy came to town, but on this particular day we saw the free showing of Kung Fu Panda with the Okos crew!
McCords
Always a favorite! Yummy lunch and great sweet treats!
