Other than my birthday and halloween happening over the past week, things have been pretty calm here. We've had some friends over for dinner, done some shopping, and with some help from daylight savings, we've caught up on some sleep. Here's a few shots from my phone...

On Sunday we decided to do a little shopping at the Mall. Mellany absolutely loves the mall (mainly because we usually eat pretzels and let her play in the play area). She picked out her own outfit to go, insisted on walking versus riding in the stroller and really loved helping pick out clothes/items for us to buy. She is also really good at swiping the debit card when it's time to pay (I don't know that this will be a good thing down the road!). Once it got to be a little past naptime, though, things started going a little down hill. And what does a good mama do when that starts to happen?! Take pictures of course... :)
