It may be two weeks later, but it's better late than never right?! It's taken a while to "recover" from our time in Kansas City and play catch up but I think it is safe to say, all is back to normal. We've readjusted to the time change and sleep schedules and routines have commenced.
The trip really couldn't have gone better with a 3 year old and a 5 1/2 month old. The drive took about 10 hours instead of 8 (as to be expected) and both kiddos were FANTASTIC!!! They were really well behaved children each and every day of our vacation and couldn't have behaved better at each dinner we attended. John and I were SO proud of them!

Uncle Brad, Aunt Mae-Mae & Capri came to visit us at Nana's house. It was the first time Uncle Brad had met Johnny.

My good friend Adrienne came to KC to visit from Nebraska....we spent our time together shopping, chatting and eating....and it was fantastic!!! It doesn't really get much better than The Cheesecake Factory, the Disney Store & American Girl
